About this creation
Dr. Happybaboon, The Man: "Sorry about that, folks. I leave the room for nine seconds, and that stupid simian gets ahold of that keyboard. Now I've got to make sure that he hasn't uploaded anything embarrassing or insulted Leda or something like that. In the meantime, feel free to check out my new MOC, which is an updated version of the old one.
The eight studs on the shoulders are launch tubes. They can be loaded with laser-guided missiles (used against infantry or light vehicles), or mortars (used against infantry). Separate targeting computers required, not included.
As a new addition to the armory, we now have a melee weapon. This diamond edged vibrosaw is detrimental to enemy units, including vehicles with light to heavy armor.

I really like the overall shape of this version. The first one looked a little, I don't know, bloated to me.
This version of the Exo-Suit sacrifices armor protection for flexibility (and lower cost). There is no armor on the sides of the suit, and the primary protection for the pilot inside is provided by the wide forearms.
Here is a good shot of the ammo drum. I got the inspiration from Brian Kescenovitz's IGNITION Class mech and decided to minimize it.Brian is so awesome!

Fourth Wall Commentary: First of all, thanks to all of the guys that gave suggestions to help improve the first version. Moodswim, I like these legs better. Thanks. I also like the old chest a little better, too. I feel a V3 comin' on... To Ingra: I'm still working on the enclosed head idea, so don't kill me. My biggest problem is trying not to copy you! Thanks to everyone else for looking, and your suggestions are welcome too!
P.S. I am thinking of putting together a mech building contest, so if you're interested, let me know. Keep on brickin'!

nice and thick just the way i like an exo-suit! don`t know what the harpoon
gun on the back is for though. I really like
the fact that you beefed up the gun arm, and
added the saw!

Sorry I'm late to the party on this one, but this is a vast improvement over the last. The bulkiness really works in favor of the heavy military mech idea. Love the arms and legs. I'm glad my suggestions helped:) |

Quoting The Green Hood
Say I just realized that you and I share the same hope that we will some day work for lego. If you ever do get that dream job of working for lego then I a sure hope that if I also end up working there that we will finaly meet face to face. That would be neat. From your friend, The Green Hood.
Thanks, and your feelings are retaliated! |

I don't believe we've been acquainted before now. Which is too bad, because you have a lot of awesome builds here. This hard suit in particular looks great. Its sturdy looking but still has lots of details and cool weapons. |
