One of my favorite cars. The turning headlights were a crime to build, but after trying very complicated constructions the solution was pretty simple ;-)And after all the complaints I finally build a car with opening doors!

This is a very cool looking classic Corvette. Which lights have you used? The older lightbricks or the new powerfunctions led lights?

Hi Fred. Thanks for commenting on my stuff. I have taken a lot of inspiration from your mocs (particularly this one) when building my most recent cars. I am still astounded by the amount of details in this one. I tried working head lights in my C3 but couldn't fit them in. |

10 out of 10, A+, 100% OMG I was blown out of the water! I am a and always have been a Chevy fan, all my cars were Chevys! I watched the video a fantastic multimedia display and I thought to myself: How far the talents man(woman) can go! This was morre then just a 'LEGO Thing' your talents crossed over into photography then movie making and editing! The skills you possess are what a wonderful gift from God!
I cannot even imagine how the process happens so with all my psych background and years of teaching I still have no answers and I am a great believer that we all possess every gift in the world it's a synaptic device just like your headlights and use of the flashlight in the background and the shinny use of chrome! They grab our attention and you more then grabbed mine!
And to boot RED my favorite color!
Keep up the excellent work!
I am adding you with pride to my list of FAVORITE BUILDERS!
Please stop by my pages AND read my bio and you'll understand why I am very impressed!

I saw you added me as a favorite builder, and since this is the first time it's ever happened to me, I just wanted to say thank you very much! I hope you don't think I'm going to start shooting out mind-bending creations, though; I can think of hundreds of people who are WAY better builders than me. Still, I'm very grateful. P.S. I actually do have a few neat projects lined up over the coming weeks, so I hope I won't disapoint you :) |

The Corvette is my favorite line of car. Although I'm not a big fan of the 1966 model year (2011 ZR-1. 650+HP. 'Nuff said), I still think this is fantastic! If you locked me in a room, with all the LEGOs on the planet, and all the time in the world, I'd probably be able to make the seats...maybe. ;) |

Wow, excellent Corvette! I very acurate MOC, I expeshialy like the inside. The inside deatail on the doors is very nice. I don't normaly cut LEGOs myself but that stearing wheel looks very good, makes me think about posably cuting the one on my P-38. Great job!

Hi Fred, that's really very very nice, it has a great feel for the subject and some nice details, as ever with models like these the windscreen is a compromise, it's just a shame that TLG hasn't provided us with a better selection of glass, but that's not your fault of course, that aside I really like this. Bravo. |
