The newest generation of Carrier class warship employed by the Edges Synthos Corporation. These multi-functional carriers pack a small armada within its hangars.

The newest Carrier class vessel to be produced by the Dyska Division Shipyards. Faster and more agile than the Armory class carrier, but not carrying quite as much in the way of strikecraft.

This Carrier design incorporates many of the design breakthroughs that were featured in the Geneva Class destroyer, such as the new Resonance-Induced Main Drives. These two powerful engines, coupled with the two smaller Resonanced-Induced Drives at the back of the hangar pods, provide massive amounts of power in terms of thrust.

Unique to the Soritan class, fighters don't moramlly land through the same magnetic gateway that they leave. A second gateway exists through the top of the vessel, leading down into the hangar, where a magnetic buffer automatically decelerates the strikecraft, especially useful for damaged and uncontrolable craft.

As with the Geneva Class, the Soritan Class has a belly hangar, while this one is designated for it's bomber wing, consisting of 12 craft, and the two armed shuttles that are kept aboard for a large variety of tasks.

A head on view of the hangar pod that is integrated into the side of the main hull. Each of these hangars are designated to serve the Soritan's compliment of 10 space-capable S-16 Katana ARTCS. However, the interior of the hangar has been made modular, as there is a rumor from Research and Development that a new ARTCS may be released soon.

In addition to the standard Point Defense Net, designed for anti-fighter and anti-torpedo use, the Soritan Class carrier has 4 heavy torpedo launchers, one located on the ventral and dorsal sections of the ARTCS Hanger pods.

While most carriers don't mount any sort of heavy weaponry, this was decided to be in the best interest of the craft, should it be involved in Ship-of-the-Line combat.

These engines are fueled with plasma that is induced into a plasma state using the natural resonance of the Crystallic Resonance Powercells, which are used to power just about anything used exclusively by the Edges Synthos Corporation. The fuel is actually the coolant, which absorbs heat and radiates it from the drives. Because of this lack of thermal ignition, the fuel must be resonated until it reaches its plasma state. This process takes approximately 45 seconds.

The Soritan Class Carriers will be replacing the Armory Class Carriers that have served the Security Forces so admirable in the past.

CULTURAL NOTE:
Dyska is an arid world that orbits an orange star. While this world has great difficulty in producing greenlife, it is high in mineral resources as is the surrounding area of space within it's orbit. Dyska has the ESC's primary shipyard, and is very heavily defended.

I See, That Is Quite Upsetting. Well, I Wouldn't Delete Them, That Would Be Dumb, As You Are Trying To Help Me And All. But I Haven't Seen Any "Approve This Comment" Type Messages, I've Gotten Some, But None From You. I'm Not Sure, I Will Contact Support About This Issue.

Well, I Updated The Plan For Mods, I Came Up With Three Situations, But If You Guys Come Up With One Of You Own, Feel Free To Do So, As Long As You Make A MOC, I Just Want To See What You Guys Would Do If I Asked You To Make Such A MOC.
