Bob never meant to be a gorilla imposter. The last thing he could remember was having some drinks with his friends. They had been discussing the zoo's last gorilla dying, and how hard it was to get another. They worked at the zoo, so Bob understood it must be a real blow to them. The zoo would have fewer visitors with no gorilla around.
'Hey, I just had an idea,' said one friend casually, 'Would anyone miss you if you were, um, missing for a few weeks?'
'Nope, no one,' said the unsuspecting Bob, brightly, 'Why do you ask?'
The next thing he remembered was waking up in his cage wearing a gorilla suit. He pleaded with visitors to release him or call the police, but they merely marveled at the 'talking gorilla.'
He finally bribed a child into releasing him for the price of one banana, and is currently seeking revenge on his former zookeeper friends.
