This is the newly upgraded, Commander Ratchet. His armor was repainted, and he now has a Macro-Binocular. Plus I gave him a personalized clone face. He has a huge scar across his face from previous battles. Plus his Macro-Binocular is hand made. (No I will not put a tutorial up, Its my little secret.)

Quoting pj 146 did you cut off the front or back of the rebel binoculars and glue it to the visor piece.
No, but what I did was a get a visor from a clone pack, then I cut down the sides, then I added a little stick piece, and glued it under the visor part, then I painted it white with a black line. There, thats how I did it.
