Well, here is a new update from the Dodge. I made a Radiator, A clutch, a 3 speed gearbox, the side panels of the back, the trunk and the tale lights. Enjoy the pictures and leave comments and idea's. Stay tunned...... Ludo

About this creation

I made ....... the radiator ( Very important of-course )

The clutch.........
Very tricky to build a clutch who can handle all the tork of the engine.
I test the clutch and so far it works well. I'll hope it stays this way.

Then the gearbox..........
How to build a gearbox in a small space and can handle the tork of the engine?

Well, that's a very good question.
It's not done........ i gave it a shot and i faild. This is a 3 speed gearbox (Just like the real Dodge)and it fits in a small space area. But the small gears didn't handle the tork of the engine. But he, this is the first. I will make a new one.... with bigger gears.

The small car is scale 1 : 18. The big one is 1 : 5

Hi! Excellent work so far. I just finished reading news about your car, and i must say its really impressive how near the reality you are! i love the engine you made! about the gearbox, did you try to made 2 times the same one, and put it in parallel ? ('m not sure its the good word because, you know, im french..) i mean if whole torque is too much, maybe two times half of the torque will be ok? of course the design of two gb, on each side, will not fit reality but it can be better than no gears, and no reverse. anyway, congratulations for your work!
