The Hazmat Guy - Minifigure Madness!
Team Dark Horse's entry into the MOCathalon category: Minifig Madness. I have chosen to do the series 4 Hazmat Guy. Enjoy!
About this creation
Dark Horse
MOcathalon

An alarm sounds. Radiation has been detected in area 5.

This worker has gone done to see what the problem is...

Glass has been sprayed over the floor and the window into the radioactive-substence-handling-area has been smashed. But by what? The worker heads over to the Hazard-Suit closet.

The worker types in the security code to open the closet.

He removes the suit and hurries to put it on.

The worker looks into the chamber. It appears one of the rods has began to melt and the room has risen to an extreme temperature.

There is a load smash as two worm-like creatures burst out of the puddle of plutonium.

They knock the worker to the ground.

He struggles back onto his feet to run away. But it's difficult in a Hazmat suit...

4th wall: I'm really happy with this build because it's really sturdy. The technique used on the SNOT walls was really complicated because I wanted it lie on the base without a gap. I was planning on tiling off the walls but I left it with studs to make it look like heavy-duty bolts. And I really like the tiled floor - thank you Harry Potter Hogwarts game!

Hey! The worker in the Third panel looks like my sig fig. Without red hair and khaki pants. (Its coming, you will see.) By the way I invited you to my Workstation group.

There's only so much of a nuclear reactor that you can build with plastic building blocks :D thanks for commenting!

Quoting Paul Romano Very cool! I don't own any series minifigs, much to my unavoidable shame, but I've always said if I could get one, it would be the Haz-mat guy. Thanks to your story, I can see a lot of potential for him (if I ever get one:) Great job, and hope you get some good scores!
Him and the Hockey Player are the best of the series IMO. I hope I get some good scores too because my team's. Quite far behind...
