The Axcells were created by the Great Beings for messaging throughout Mata Nui's body. The three races of the Axcell are the Uni, Bi and Tri-Axcell. The Axcell have many wheels on most of their bodies, because they may need to ride on their back sometimes. They mostly use the wheels on their feet though.
Their heels are retractable, and for the MOC, I added more detail! When Axcell age, some lose their treading, so they can no longer use them. Some get them surgically turned around, for easier walking.
Treads was a particular who was funny, and always picked on.
One day he lost his balance while Treading, (That's what they call using the wheels on their feet) He skidded to a stop right before he went could of gone right off a cliff. A lot of people from his village started laughing.
In frustration, he slammed his fist on the ground. Being very unstable, the chuck of rock fell into the abyss, along with him.
That day he lost part of him, (literally) and mentally. A outcast of society, Assistant, (unknown real name) saw Treads and worked for weeks on restoring his life.
After a very long time, Treads woke up. He instantly remembered the torture he experienced, and climbed up to his old village.
That day, he demolished his village, along with everyone in it. He was soon recruited into the Dark Hunters, with Assistant, but being a thief and a murderer, he tried to steal a portal gate. He accidentally hit the power and was sent to the dimension, and planet, of Varalist.
His escape mechanism includes his whole legs, which he can operate with this eye. Another escape is in his torso, which has a high power cannon in his chest. Another is just his head. The wheel will spin if you bring the neck back! :D
He then was recruited into Destrax's Empire, as roll as scout, sniper, and Lieutenant.
One of his weapons is a plasma cannon, which can convert to sniper mode.
Another is a proto-titanium saw, which is harder than proto-steel.
Treads running, or rollerskating, or both!

treads is as epic as ever! i like people with wheels for feet.
