this is a prototype from ROM-Labs, which turned out to be a pretty fast, decsent speed bike... Nicknamed "Big Brother," it has a suburbly big, efficiant engine, capabal of reaching speeds up to 300 miles per hour. it is still a prototype, and has not been released for the military to use yet. Featers duel phaser blasters for offencive roles. ~ ROM-Labs
