Road to Victory part 5
US and British troops and tanks moving in to a town somewhere in western Europe. There are two Sherman M4's, a Sherman Firefly and a Cromwell tank. In these models I ajusted the turrets from 8 to 7 wide to make them more realistic. The black and White photo's are to give it an old and realistic feel.

excellent job again, but WW was the war in which the US army started filming and shooting pictures in colour, so black and white photos actually aren't authentic at all. just a small note but again, very well made...i would wish i had the parts for this.

FORWARD COMRADES!!! good job, this is very accurate, but it would be a good idea to have some color pics so it is easier to see! but good job anyways!

Digging this alot! You managed to nail the shape of the Sherman down perfectly. I think it's neat you made a 17-pounder Firefly; very few MOCers know about the Sherman's much cooler looking variants. Overall, this is a total win!

This is pretty good stuff! In this particular case I think you are doing RIGHT in sticking with B/W pics. -Revealing the colours would detract from the overall feeling and illusion of this great diorama!

I like the use of the BW photos, I enjoy WII history. Your trucks and tanks were spot on. You will have to look in archives and find that rare color photo, so.

dede, i m blown away by this spectacular and exceptionnal moc! its a dream, i absolutely ADORE it! i hoped you d do something like that! my wishes came true! thanks! if i can just ask something... although b&w fit this perfectly, i find that a couple of colored ones, would enhance the subtilities and excellent craftmanship you ve did on it, as it s hard to distinguish the finer details, hope you consider it, i ll be back, as i really want to taste this 'full flavor'! excellent work dede!
