I Can See The Urban Sprawl Idea, But More So, I Can See That The Farm(s) Idea. It Would Help In Terms Of Filling Space, And Would Help Diversify Your City, Giving Your City A Chance To Catch People's Eyes. I Suggest Making As Many Different Types Of Farms As You Can, Different Crop Types Would Allow You To Create Different Farms, And Farming Equipment.
