I love how you made your own cannon instead of useing the ones the lego group made (there never seems enough of those special peces in my collection...) |

Thanks all =) And thanks to the judges.
Quoting Gnilrednu ( J. Beckwith )
Excuse my ignorance, but I've never see that piece that's sitting on the table next to the map before. From which set does it come from?
It's a bit cheeky, really - it's the centre of one of these - http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=62520 - just pulled apart. |

The judges are proving tough to please. Very detailed MOC, well conceived and worth every point, if not more.~H |

Barney, man, you could fall axe-backwards out of bed, hung over, and get a 5 in this category. Remarkable as usual. |

Shiver me plastic! She's a beauty! Wow! So many details, and such character in this vignette! Everywhere you look, there's some genius little feature that escaped you on first glance. The seagull technique is awesome, the broken-edge base gives such a great feel to the MOC, and the cannon is by far the best part. I hope you do well in the MOCathalon, and keep up the awesome work! |

Your attention to detail here is superb. It is full with character. The shrunken head hanging on the wall gave me a real chuckle. I cannot fault it in relation to the category description. Your presentation is excellent and your build is well crafted and very fine indeed (although I'd love to see some more pics of all the individual items and how he acquired them...). Lots to look at in this build, lots for the eye to explore and each item seems to fit well with the Captain's back-story. 5 |

Very nice entry! Like all the details you added! But you have to put in the link to the group page within 24 hours - I won't give you a 0 for such a nice entry... So far - Score = 4 |

I too was torn between 3 and 4, but your little details carried the day. Your score = 4
