Governer's Residence - under attack!
About this creation
Captain Redbeard's crew chose thier moment well. The Governor had departed 3 days ago with his flagship, and his residence was gaurded only by a skeleton staff. Can they beat off the pirate assault? Why does the hired help not seem that surprised about the impending invasion? Will the fisherman steal the pirate's rowboat whilst they are not looking?? Will there be another thrilling instalment??! (Probably not)

Quoting Lucas . Fantastic work, I also have to disagree with the SNOT water idea, I like this better because the studs make it seem that it is flowing, anyway nice work!
Whups, sorry Lucas for not replying to you sooner! :o Thanks for yr comment, i really appreciate the feedback. I agree about the studs to a degree, but i do feel that there are too many large unbroken areas of regular studs in the water, which can be just as annoying as a completely flat (studless) sea. But at the time i made this, i didn't have many options due to part restrictions - i am in a better position to experiment now. :) Thanks again!

Quoting Jay Rhum This MOC really smells grogs, Rhum, and Piracy!
Or is that rum, sodomy and the lash? ;) (one of my favourite albums!)

Quoting A Monkey I think you're the only one in the world who was able to put that tan island baseplate to good use...
Haha, thanks! xD I do love that baseplate - i am surprised more ppl don't use it.

Quoting Ru Corder Excellent! SNOT water would look nice, but still, great build!
Thanks! Yeah, the water does look a bit spare in places, doesn't it? :/ I'll have to try a SNOT base sometime soon - i haven't made one yet.

Quoting Dan Church Very nice! I'm really liking the multiple sections of the moc that makes the island feel bigger than it really is. Great work!
Thanks! I was running low on peices in places and had to make some decisions about how to best use the space. I'm glad you like the effect!
