Boba Fett arrives at Jabba's palace with a very valuable bounty! So, I wanted to build again in action figure-scale (or miniland scale) after looking at my earliest mocs. Looking at TLG's recent miniland designs, I noticed a lack of detail and poseability. Don't know about you, but I like my figs to be poseable. I started out posting mini's and figs and wanted to revisit and redesign my figs with the knowledge I've gained from mocing the last few years. Anyway, I'll be revisiting other early action figs, so let me know what characters you'd like me to rebuild. As always, please RATE and COMMENT:)

I really like how the over-all size does'nt affect the detail. The types of pieces you used are excellent and it has a very "human-like" look. Well done! I really like the jetpack by the way! |

At first I thought this was on a much larger scale than it actually is, just from the cover pic. Cool model man, love the poseability, and how you got the color scheme exactly right(well as exact as you can get in lego). Which gives me a good idea. You like doing bizarre things in lego, and like building star wars. So, why not combine the two once more, and do a Boba Mech? Make a giant version of what you have here, and give it a cockpit in the head or the chest that Fett can pilot. I think that the shapes and stuff would make a good challenge, plus it would be wierd. |

I love this! Awesome detail especially at this scale. very clever joints. I have used this techneque on another model (a mini slave 1 funnily enough, its on my page) but never thought to use as knees and elbows etc.
You have inspired me to make my own version. I have only just started but I would love to hear your comments if you get the chance. |
