This prototype AI was developed by US Government Scientists for a top secret operation known only as the "Project". Its initial purpose was to be on the front lines of battle. But on the day of official testing of its programming, it went rogue, and though it wasn't equipped with any weapons, it was still a challenge contend with its shire physical power. Now lose somewhere in Death Valley, it "doesn't submit any immediate threat to the public" according to the Government, though resent reports say otherwise.
