Excellent build! You did a great job capturing the feel of this car. To this day it's one of my top three favorite Ferraris, and will likely remain there thanks to its unique design. |

Hi kris. Thanks :) I got the wheels and rims from eBay for £10!!! Very cheap for chromed parts. There is a german company on bricklink that sells similar pieces. I think it's called chromed bricks. Good luck. |

Thanks. I built this and my bugatti before I joined moc pages, so they were the first mocs I posted. I have learned so much since then from great builders like Firas, Ryan Link, R.H. and Mattyy 666 who all build in this theme. Thanks again. Joe |

How could I have missed this one? The F40 is one of my favourite cars of all time! Although not quite accurate, (the proportions are a bit off here and there) your version is instantly recognizable. This is one of those cars that looks easier than it is to render in bricks, and you did a good job with it! |

The shape is spot-on and there are so many cool details. I never did have any lego technics models when i was a kid because there were no figures to interact with. But i always envied the advantage of technics models to be able to build with such detail. |

Great! I think the front air intakes (the ones on the hood) could be better. Check out Ryan Link's F40 to see how he made them.
Thanks Lego Builder. I know I know, his version is practicaly perfect. Back to the drawing board me thinks!

Wow, this is a great F40, you really got the characteristics down, and I like the opening features. Great work!
Thanks so much! I was quite pleased with it until i saw yours! :) Yours is so accurate, and as Lego Builder states above the air intakes are ingenious. when i get a chance i will correct the bonnet and boot opening points. |
