About this creation
As you can imagine it's not easy to find enough time for building in the penultimate school year. School work takes most of the time and I've been very busy with other things than building lately. But the addiction is still there, so I sat down last weekend, destroyed three of my cars and built this new Hot Rod, a black beast with even more chrome parts than the Monster Rod had, and including a working engine and steering. I hope you like it, would be nice to see some comments. Until next time!

Always when I'm thinking of selling some of my lego I get the feeling that I would regret it later. But if you wait patiently it might happen that I sell it someday :D

Quoting Michael Burris This car is really sharp. I believe this is what a hot rod would like today if a few companys would start manufacturing them again. Nice Moc Thanks for sharing!
There are a few manufacturers (e.g. foose) who still build custom hot rods, but modern old-school-style cars and hot-rods would indeed be a great addition to today's car market. Thank you!

Quoting W. Mark Excellent... I'm a purist and really ought to complain about the chromium but it's simply too stunning.
I'm purist, too, but had the same problem when I discovered the ChromeBricks store. Well, lego isn't producing chrome parts anymore, which is a pity in my opinion. Some chrome bricks here are originals from old lego sets, the rest are original parts chromed by a german vendor, they even have the little lego gravure on the knobs. Thank you for commenting!
