A MOC for the Bionicle Without the Bionicle Collab display.
About this creation
SO. I guess some of you are wondering what this is, and maybe even what it's for. So I'll tell you. This is for the Bionicle Without the Bionicle Brickfair Collaborative Display. The display is going to show a conflict between two sides, one good, the other evil. On one side are the COGs, a militaristic sect of war machines who have taken over a fictional society and are ruling it with an iron fist. On the other are the Rebels, members of that society that want to overthrow the COGs, beings that do not agree with the way things are being run.
This is COG unit 906. After the takeover, it did not like what the COGs were doing to the members of society, and once it learned of the rebellion, it joined up. It removed its red paint (as, aside from the leader, all of the COGs are red), and joined the rebellion. Most of the other rebellion members are weary around it, due to its history as a COG, but they know it's military knowledge and tactical skills are valuable to the cause.
Hey cool creation here. You should check out Bionicle Display's Bio-BuildOff-Athon! It's a Mocer vs Mocer theme based competition and everyone who builds with Bionicle is invited to participate. The Entry Round has opened so make sure to hurry and submit an entry if you wish to participate and have a lot of fun. ( http://www.mocpages.com/group_conversation.php?id=28&topicid=65214 <-Entry Round) Also it would be handy to check out the Guidelines topic to properly understand how the contest will work and how to properly submit creations.( http://www.mocpages.com/group_conversation.php?id=28&topicid=64525 <-Guidelines). Come on and show your skills at the Bio-BuildOff-Athon =D
I have checked out alot of your stuff and it is all so awesome! I bet you could not make something that was not awesome! I have a wager for you, how about you try and make the worst moc you can,not the simplest, but worst. And I predict every one will still love it, what do you say?
This is a masterful build and I especially admire how you made it look so solid. I find that a challenge when working with Bionicle/Technic parts. I've tried my hand at building in this theme with my last mech/robot Dio the Corruptor. If you don't mind too much could you give it a look and tell me what you think. At first I thought it was pretty good but the lack of responses have me wondering what's missing. Thanks for any advice you can pass along.
