Tezra was a member of the Orgo Hul team along with Harren and Mezzinus, before she was captured by her renegade brother, Callidan.
About this creation
This version of Tezra was made after I came up with Jihahli's design. That one, in my opinion, had a couple of holes in it, so I tried making another MOC in the same style: Tezra. This time with different shoulders, limbs and such. Not sure I like the forearms though. 2.0 bits would be nice. If they were stocked anywhere and I had money.
Tezra is a character who has been in the storyline since its beginning - another promiscuous type. With her I tried to convey Urba Minor characteristics like Jihahli has and a bit of Sampa Minor style as well, hence the skirt.

Tezra and her older brother Callidan were born on Urba Minor. Their mother and father were some of the many akonians on the city-moon attempting to counteract swelling poverty among the lower classes. They themselves were not well off. Their mother died shortly after Tezra was born.
Their father was killed after stealing from a politically powerful councilman in order to help two orphaned children. In the act, he had orphaned his. Callidan from then on looked after Tezra. He grew bitter. Plunging into poverty, Callidan volunteered to go under The Process to support them both. Families of entrants got new lodgings near the complex if needed.
While Callidan was away on his first three-year shift, Tezra herself was put forward for the Process without his knowing. This was not entirely vicious of them - part of Tezra had wanted to join the work of the tokia.
Callidan, upon his return, pulled a few secret strings, landing his sister on the moon Sampa Minor - one where new tokia were being requested to fill slots emptied or created during the Hynak Wars, which had ended only a few years previously. The moon was safe for her. Meanwhile Callidan rose to the rank of Dreadnaught Captain.
On Sampa Minor Tezra was stationed on Orgo Hul, a region of the main continent's west coast full of forest and marshland. Her village was named Arosis. On the new moon she met Harren and Mezzinus, the other two guardians of the region, and became friends with them. This was new. Friends. Callidan, despite wishing the best for her, was overprotective and unwilling to allow others too close to her. On Sampa Magna, she was adult, and she was free.
That is, until Callidan returned to her again, this time attempting to kill all of Orgo Hul in the process...

A very clever hair design! I also love her custom chest and the mask design is totally AMAZING! Some of your best work, and best building techniques have been used in this, Keep up your epic work buddy ;)
She's built like a LEGO brick $#!% house, oh yeah! On the lighter side, another great build. You have quite a knack for Bionicle based creations. If you don't mind I recently built a Technic/Bionicle like mech and I could use some constructive criticism on its quality if you don't mind. Thanks for any advice.

Although seriously, I can't really describe it. If you can figure it out, grand. If not, I have no clue when my next how-to will come out. It'll probably be a video thing.
I really like the torso design. Looks light, but still complicated and flexy :) I kind of need to try similar. (As many of my mocs can hardly stand on their legs, due to heavy body, including Monarth's toa form :P)

Grr, I'm still working on the winning Self-MOCs. If I ever do this again, I'm abandoning the titan idea. Two chibis and a toa, MAXIMUM. O_O
