My school is doing the little shop of horrors for our school production, I'm auditioning foor The Plant, Audrey II.

Lovely diorama, as usual, Leda! Funny too.

I really like all the different minifig faces you included.

Actually that was not a camera flash, it was a torch (flashlight) aimed at the disc lying on the floor in a room with the lights off... Thank you, I thought it worked well too.

Got a good laugh out of this one! My favorite picture here has to be the eclipse. You really used that camera flash to your advantage! The ring around the disk piece really makes it seem real.

You're probably right but this was a very well made piece, not as good as "Feed Me Seymour" but it's good.

A truly fantastic build with a wonderful presentation and I think I'm falling for that background singer in the middle! I have to admit I prefer the original black and white version (it's closer to my personality). No matter how you slice it your skill is to be admired.

Sorry for the delay on the comment. Anyway, this is just WOW! Your story telling combined with your brickwork and photography is just... wow. Like Bones I'm not the biggest fan of this genre but I can appreciate a musical for those it caters too (I did like Sweeny Todd though). That aside, your build and presentation... again... wow! ~ Chris.

Sorry it's taken an age to comment on this mate, especially as I DO get it as you well know. Our younger MOCers and Bones will have to broaden their horizons, although in Bone's case that means watching a musical and he may come out in a rash. Lovely set-ups, crisp presentation using comic life, colour, comedy - if it could give me a bacon sandwich and a beer I could stay here for hours.

The mohawks are from birckforge, but I believe there is one in the upcoming series 4 figs. Oscar the postage isn't too bad, only about 4 dollars if I remember right to post a small envelope from the states. Worth it for those special pieces that lego just doesn't quite make yet.

I don't know?! Are they cool? They're just part of my minifig hoard... which ones in particular do you mean? Chang is wearing the bad guy outfit from POP sets, I think Seymour's is from a HP set, uncle Vernin maybe? um... can't remember where the business suit comes from. The bums are in the zombie outfit from series 1 and Sirius Black outfit from the Shrieking shack... the rest I don't remember.

'Chang Da Doo' is da man! Master Shifu would like to recruit him for his dojo. He looks like a wise man ... or a wise crack; it does not matter. The mohawks are pretty cool!

Where are you getting all of the cool torsos?! Is that mow-hawk part of Series 3 minifigs? Excellent execution, though I think you may lose the younger generation. LMAO

That's ok. This moc was made specifically for the small handful of people (like myself) that know this movie off by heart and used to preform it for their aunties and stuff. I understand that to everybody else its just a little bit strange... Opps. That's why you should stay in school kids! And listen to your teachers. I just googled sweater puppies. Hahaha. Now thats funny. Hi Leda Kat, I'm new here. Well only technically new because I have been looking through the pages for quite some time now, but I hope to make a name of myself. First thing I'd like to say is, I love your Little Shop of Horrors series! I saw that old movie of the one with the man eating plant. Second thing I'd like to say is, I put you in one of my creations so does that mean you will add it to that "Featuring Leda" folder?

No I don't storyboard anything. Just have the film playing so I can reference it whenever my memory is a little patchy. This actually was a very fast moc to make. The flower shop was already built from my previous Little Shop installment and as for the photos, I took em pretty quick, just had the figs act the scene out like they were rehursing on stage, didn't even use a tripod cos I couldn't be bothered with the extra 2 seconds it takes to screw it in to the camera! How lazy is that? Thanks for your comment :)

harharharharhar! Twice as many?! but dont think i havent noticed, you have BRICKFORGE PARTS! But shiping to NZ must have been appalingly costly, and surely you wouldn't pay said shipping just for those pieces? WHERE'S THE REST? I'm guessing as such an avid horror fan their is a Cleaver in there somewhere, HHHHmmmmm? TWICE AS MANY!

This must take a LOT of work! The positioning of the minfigs, the consistently clear and bright photos, the photo-shopping for the text component of each frame...It's all beautiful, but it must be very pains taking. Do you do a story board before you start putting bricks together? Expertly done. Would you consider something from Fiddler on The Roof? Attack!

I find it very cool that this MOC is Number 250,000. Also, I enjoyed the comic very much!

The smiling customer was hilarious, as was the mysterious Chinese guy.

While I'm not a fan of musicals, I still found this very funny and amusing! I love how you reproduced the bright colofulness(?) of the film. Man, Leda can pee standing up AND sing? What CAN'T she do?!

Well, I am not young and yet....I don't get it either, maybe if I had seen the movie, but that aside, I love the main building, really a nice build.

Yeah, I used Leda-Face, Kat Kat and introduced Amber Kat as the singers when I made "The Dentist" so thought I should carry it on. I felt they kind of fit in with the wackyness off it all... or as somebody said "those weird ladies were a bit random" hahahaha, I like the word random.

Hahaha, I never realized you were one of the Doo-Wop street singers, Leda. As much as it's always fun to watch the movie, it was fun to read your comic. Very good use of some of the series 3 parts, like Seymour's cap for example.

Mark, I'm a youngster, and I know this movie. It came on TV about.... 6-7 years ago. Though, I don't remember this part, I remember everything else. Anyways..... Nice work Leda. The customer at the end with his "happy face" made me LOL. Everything is really well built! Oh, do you know any new sets with a brown horse? I need one for a MOC I am going to build. And some orange pieces as well.

Little Shop is just such a great film full of fun and fantastic characters... so many good scenes to mimic. I have done 3 now, maybe someday I'll do another... I just wanted to get that done so I could break down the flower shop as I need the bricks for another build!

Excellent work! The builds, photography, and presentation are all stunning! I was *singing* it with a tune of doo whop of the fifties, reminds me of it! Also, a kitten update. Turns out the little guy is a girl! We have her in our garage, she escaped from the carrier when my mom tried to put the food and water bowls in it! Luckily the garage is closed up and she can't get out, or into anything. She has become less skidish around us, we have even been able to hold her! She is very soft. Soon, we will be able to bring her to the vets. Within the next week or so.
