Every LEGO city must have a villain-whether it's a corrupt policitian, supervillain, gangster, or whatnot-they certainly make things a lot more interesting.
About this creation

The doors. Keep Out. It's not finished. Or it's an evil villain's lair. Either works.

Note the detailing. I can't think of what to add, and that's already a lot of work-I never deal with that stuff.

Windows. Special windows.

The helicopter is definitely my favorite part. It doesn't spin (I lack the necessary piece. Instead I used a half-pin and TECHNIC plates. The back rotor is a bit undersized, but I think I like it that way. The best part is the bar on the side-then the villain can grab onto it while shooting at the good guys. My roof suffers from some dreaded syndrome. It continually "curls" up. I have no solution to this. Is it because of the pressure in the center? By the way, that's a grunt on top.

The lab (incomplete, building-wise) and the lower level (incomplete, story-wise).

Mr. Villain himself. That is his name-it's more generic and fun that way.

Ever since the big crash and the pollution apocalypse, the "fleshies", who have been filling the seas with cruddy overpriced parts and spreading uncreativity into the air, have been considered scum, while the "yellows" inhabit the upper class. Armies of clones have been destroyed, and dozens of "Vaders" and "Lukes" have met their end at the hands of an angry mob. Most live on the streets in poverty, but some become...EVIL. Mr. Villain is the self-proclaimed number one villain in the city. His self-proclaimed best henchmen are equipped with heavy blasters, and like most fleshies, are unbearably ugly. Mr. Villain is extremely intelligent, but unlike most "super" villains, he runs on an extremely low budget. Just a few bucks here and there. That's why he NEVER uses his helicopter-it needs the small amount of gas it has just for getaways.

Design Notes: Yes, I do not like flesh figs. They may be more detailed, but many of them are just ugly. Freaking ugly. And they don't look very good when mixed with yellow figs. Anyhow-I've been trying to make more buildings recently, with decent success. I'm currently working on a Rescue Services department. I seriously need baseplates, but they're so expensive. My #1 failing is a lack of windows and doors. I have TONS of clear 1x2x2 panels, but they just don't cut it in most cases. I have a very small amount of large windows, and NO transparent doors, except for the three I just bought on Bricklink. They're all expensive. The doors of this are custom, although not entirely original. Most things must be forced open-there cannot be a tight seal that opens without pre-made doors. I worked extra hard on the second floor. I still need more tiles though.

Cool Moc you got there, the helicopter is well done. After a long period of time Round 4 of the MSC is going to start soon. Be sure to check out the contest group for further information.

Quoting Deus The Risen One thing: are the mandalorians really fake plastic, I've heard it somewhere...
They're plastic. I don't see how it's fake. It's the standard ABS plastic, if that's what you are talking about. Unlike the Collectible Minifigures and Battle Packs. I hate those Collectible figs-I bought a ton and they aren't the same colors as the normal figs...

Quoting cyberfrank 2010 there is a lot to love here! considering it s work in progress, i just love your bad guy s design! ok, i d love it better with yellow skins, but, that might come, who knows, by the time you finish this and emergency buildings a lot might happen! i love the helicopter, and the fact that the team has a color code, it s first glance recognition that these elements forms a team of some kind! very nice! the clear-blue tube is inspiring, especially in a basement! way to go bobba!
Well the flesh is because of a war between fleshies and yellows. I'm glad you love it!
