Good MOC. Your scenery and figures are excellent, but the halftrack and truck need some work. The halftrack seems too narrow and it slopes too much to the driver's area and not enough from the driver to the area where the troops are. The truck is also a bit narrow and looks more like a Russian GAZ or maybe some sort of 1920's cargo truck. Research some German trucks of WWII, and improve your truck.

The Belgian Ardennes really are so famous :P I'll keep that in mind the next time I go there. Good job on that halftrack, it fits great in the snowy decor.

Great!!! I really like it! The German uniforms are amazing, and I like the snow trench. Nice job with incorporating dirt colors into the terrain. The halftrack looks a little half done, but it serves the purpose. Very nice, I love the whole looks of the forrest! =)

Quoting Matthew Novosad Awesome job! Everything looks great but I have one gripe, it's Germans, not Nazis. Not all were Nazis, it was just a political party that did bad things. Go look at Areetsa C's "Get it Right". He has a the facts straight there.
yeah good point but since that political party ruled the whole germany at the time and all german troops technically fought for it- they were "nazis" for the allied soldiers, even though all didn't follow their ideals.... and it's just easier to write nazi- but i try to avoid it....

I agree with you W. Mark, with stickers and molded guns you don't show your skill in building your own character or weapon. Where as if you do make your own character from actual Lego bricks you show your skill in building with the Lego.

Quoting Sgt. Fuse The Legoholic consider decals and brickarms :)
I'm of the opposite opinion of this comment... one of the things I like is how you've put effort into making your own brickbuilt guns and custom troops without stickers. Anyone can make a minifigure look like a GI with stickers... but you've done it just as well without them.

I find it quite amazing at how you were able to keep this entirely purist. Generally it all seems to work well, and this is probably the first time I've seen sand green coloured pieces, as far as I can remember. Overall great work!

That's looking very good, the landscaping is great. The figures are pretty good, but I'm used to be seeing custom items (helmets, weapons etc.) on WW2 figures i/o (instead of) purists - but they're nice as purist ones.
