since i first saw the two towers, i've been wanting to build the black gate. this is what i came up with. enjoy!
About this creation

i didn't have enough black slopes, so i used brown ones.

at first i didn't know what to do about the spikes, i'm pretty sure they are not white, but i think the white gives a nice contrast to the black.

i had no idea of what to do about the opening of the gate, in the movie its a log-thing that the trolls push, but i decided just to use technic pieces.

pretty good design. I builded one two but i had no bricks left after the first door, which was a pitty. however, you're idea is excellent.
