About this creation
The story behind this creation is long and tiresome. And here it is: I thought I was required to make a bunny. Then I decided I might as well do something with it.
Do not ask me about her fashion sense. I don't even understand the fashions of human females (or males for that matter).

Wow! That is intense and really brilliant! I love the sheer amount of interesting techniques and uncommon parts you have used to create such a colourful and charming little scene. It almost doesn't even look like lego! Remarkable. |

ok... comment number two: I think i was overwhelmed the first time i looked at this. One of the things I like most in any creation is a unique use of parts, and just about everything here has that. It is extremely rare to see any one creation with this much creativity but you pulled it off. once again, phenomenal job!
Thanks Zane. I actually tried very hard to innovate something. I know I am prone to give up something in appearance in exchange, so it means a lot to me to have my efforts appreciated. |

And this would be reason number two that I abandonded my atrium idea. How could I possibly top THOSE alien type plants? So tell me... exactly what kind of mushrooms does your wife use in her cooking again? ~ Chris. |

I've often wondered what an LSD trip looks like in LEGO-form. Now, I know. Your bunny is terrifying, but I don't see how this relates to your tank re-visitation. Either you're just teasing me with that, or it's going to be the grooviest tank on the pages, man. Keep it real. |

Colourful, strange, off-beat, evocative. But enough of the e-mails you send us Tom, lets talk about the build. The ickle bunny is cute, the array of parts employed in the plants is impressive (those BL orders arrived then)and the structures created are eye-catching. Great job mate. |

Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. I like Nick's comment regarding Monty Python; that is a good comparison. My only question, who on earth would 'require' you to build a rabbit? Sounds like a total douche. You know how cool I think your little bunny is...and your rabbit is nice too.~H |

There is one thing here I'm not so fond of, and that's the exposed grey baseplate... it sort of clashes with and detracts from the wild colors of the flowers. Still, great work here.
Thanks for the comment W. If this MOC is about anything, it's clashing. The gray baseplates were quite precisely chosen to create exactly the effect you are talking about. I actually tried very hard to keep greens and browns out of this. Did not fully manage that. |

There's too many great part usages here to comment on them all, but one of my favorites is the use of the small horn/spike/tooth elements and the martian arm elements to create a curved 'railing' effect (on the teal, white, and pink flower). There is one thing here I'm not so fond of, and that's the exposed grey baseplate... it sort of clashes with and detracts from the wild colors of the flowers. Still, great work here. |
