Eel's choice vehicle for the LBHA.
About this creation
This is Eel's choice vehicle, The Cephelo-Pod. Similar to that of a land chariot but uses Octopi to pull it. It comes with a whip, and hand grips for the charioteer. Although it doesn't have a weapons system, it's wedge like shape is very hydrodynamic making is a fast. It also has attachments for Eel's weapons. It is somewhat camouflaged for darker waters.

Behind the Scenes Trivia: If you put Tran-Neon Green colored pieces under blue light(Mine is LED) it glows a wonderful color, so I gave the octopi these eyes as a bonus cool factor for pictures.
