I present my latest creation;

Terra Volcanis

Death and destruction await if you aren't quick! Welcome to Terra Volcanis, a small island in the warm tropical waters born of an ancient volcano which now re-erupts to turn the hapless islanders lives upside down!

Fourth Wall Commentary: I had planned to light the lava flow up but the lights I ordered were too blue to be effective. Experiments continue....

I was fortunate to score a pile of bikini torsos on my trip to Chicago, so yet again I found a use for them.

Leaping monkeys were all trained by Hansi

No I use mini LED lights from the store I work at, Kathmandu: http://www.kathmandu.co.nz/Accessories/Active/60881/Dual_Mini_LED_Light.html they come in white and red. Chop their tails off and they fit snug into small spaces. But I'm on the lookout for smaller still.

My little lights I used for lighting up the fire in my "Death to the Monster" moc were also a bit on the blue side so I added a red light into the mix and it seemed to work.

Leda, do you just use the standard coloured globes available at hardware shops etc?

Beautifully done. I especially love the second to the last pic where the one islander is losing his balance and is about to fall backwards into the lava. Looks like there will be more than one roasted piggy tonight, yum yum!

I wonder where the islanders got the pig? I didn't see any pens. Anyways I like it and that is a massive amount of 1x1 trans-orange plates.

I'm gonna guess the torsos came from the same "stash" that mine did? hehe Loved the "wet sand" effect on this man! May have to steal that some day. Awesome work! Just wondering though... on an island that small, where'd they get the pig? Or was that the Chief's ex-wife? ~ Chris.
