introducing the lightning racer
About this creation
ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce to you the future!
SPORT TECH INC as announced the next thing in sports cars for 2011!
it s called the lightning racer!

what may apear to you as windows, is in fact, solar receptors,
notice the aerodynamic shape!

with a top speed of 250 mph, you could almost race lightning itself!

a complex camera system installed on the roof and
around the car allows the driver and computer to navigate in perfect safety in any weather conditions!

advanced headlights with thermal sensors are the latest sport tech gadjets installed
in this car!

backlights with motion sensors

a true gem anyone would want in is driveway!

here is our prototype test pilot, tk!
advanced in piloting, engineering, and advanced technologies!
the best there is.

he s showing us the futuristic and comfortable interior and systems.

as most electric cars problems are the autonomy limits,
this car power retaining design is everlasting!
one charge per 1000 miles, in 10 mins!

here our pilot will comment...

police; excuse me, your car is fantastic, except that it is parked in the reserved to police dept parking, sorry
i ll have to remove it!

next time, make sure we are in the loop!

well, ok!
thanks to all comments!

Hello mate,
Sorry I haven't been very active for a while. I've had loads to do around my house and I've had to help out the family quite a bit lately. Lego has taken a bit of a back seat because of it but I do have some new stuff planned which I hope to get under way shortly. I would love to do the train set but that might be a lot later on in the year.
I can see that you've been very busy with Cybercity. It is looking fantastic. This car I absolutely love. I really like the spoked wheels with the chunky tyres. It's a 5 wide so it immediately grabs me.
I can't believe you managed to put a minifig in it too, this definitely deserves a lot more attention. A great design.
Your work seems to get better each time I see it.
Anyway Mate, Take care, Andy |

A la fois trés elegante, racé, et rappellant les plus beaux prototypes futuristes des années 70, elle a tout pour plaire !

I didn't realize it holds a minifig until the last picture, inside a very futuristic cockpit! Even though you said this car looks similar to my Proto Zero, it certainly has its own unique style (and that's a good thing).By the way, if you want to feature my creations in your city, feel free to do it.I made them for everyone's benefit. |

interesting concept however, navigating in any weather condition seems problematic if it would work only on solar energy, the design is awesome, I like how it opens, great job (ps, right, it's futuristic) |
