Endless Possibilities - BARON's Toa Theme (for now)
First, an excerpt from the awesome story I'm writting for Aridike (AKA the BARON):
He used Solar Panels specifically geared to absorb the Red Stars light, but this happened over a period of many years, as the Star was far away, and required at least an hour for its light to hit them.
Eventually, he obtained enough of the concentrated form of the Red Stars energy, which he called "Hyperium," to begin experimentation. His first experimentation with the Hyperium was with regular Protodermis, which bonded to the Hyperium to create a substance similar to Energized protodermis, which he dubbed "Hyperdermis." He began experimentation on this immediately.
His first findings was that Hyperdermis had all the same effects of Energized Protodermis (i.e. Making Rahkshi, creating Rahi, mutating, destroying, etc.) but magnified tenfold. Kraata exposed to it became "Omega Rahkshi," Rahi made by it were extremely large and aggressive, even sentient in some cases.
The BARON was very excited by his discovery, and immediately began work on a machine that would infuse the subject to the energy in the Hyperdermis so as to make him a Toa. He created a tube-like container, in which Hyperdermis could be added. He gathered together a group of volunteers with the lure of becoming Toa.

Yup, time to switch to first person!
Aridike: Sup everybody! Aridike here, but most of you may know me as the BARON! Yeah, well, real name's Aridike. "BARON" is more of title, as in BARON of the Knights, my criminal gang. Pretty awesome being king, better being BARON.
As you may have noticed, I have been upgraded to Toa status, made evident by my total awesomeness at the moment. Jealous.
What's better is that I'm a Toa of Gravity! Only downside is that being an Artifical Toa means that I don't have the best control over my powers, so I need this here computer to help my cybornetically enhanced brain handle my power.
And my arm's been upgraded! Quite a bit! Now has those lovely fingers AND a diluted, compressed Hyperdermis luancher. This thing is DEADLY!
Along with that, there's my...spinny...blade...thing...I don't know what to call it, but it's cool! Especially since my gravity powers can make it fly farther, faster, and come back to me, through the minute bending of space! Huzzah for quantum mechanics!
BARON's NOTES:
I worked quite hard on this guy. I tried to make the armor have a unique style, and the use of those little hook pieces really made it link up. I also LOVE the boot design, simply awesome. He also has torso articulation. :D

Hmm...Depends on how big you make his Robotic Eye. If it's too big, go with Pohatu's, if it's not, use the Matoran's (Photok's).

Again this is an amazing Self MOC, btw Since your gonna be in my comic, what roll do you want Aridike to play? I'm gonna have him deliever a VERY important message to Mata Nui, but after that what do you want him to do, stay with the Toa and fight Makuta or leave and return once Makuta falls (if he does :3)
WOW! your self moc's great! I LOVE his sheild! and with your proposal for my comic, I'll try my best to fit him in however if I'm going to I'll have to a make smaller, less detailed, different mask and frankly less awesome version of him :D
As it has come to my attention that not everyone who would like to make Aridike has an Orange Noble Ruru like me (I have two :D), Pohatu's Phantoka mask, Photok's mask, or an orange version of Onua's mask would be cool. No matter what mask you use, if you find that you wanna make Aridike, I entend an bill of approval and a gracious thanks!

Actually, Aridike leaves Koromor soon, and then will go off to Art- wait a second! NO SPOILERS!!! And actually, I have two orange noble Ruru, so I can have them both built at once! :D

Hold on a sec; Regalas controls Gravity? And besides, his transformation to Toa-hood requires a time-leap of 100 years or so, and there's a BIG foreshadowing event during the leap of why he even became a Toa. Kinda confusing, but it'll get there.
(All will be expressed when his full story is published. I'm thinking mid-January.)
I'd REALLY look out if i were him, Akara (toa of magnetism) and Eloy (toa of technology) may try to... I dont know..... rip him open for new weapons and armor parts....
Awesome job! I'd suggest a tripod if you aren't using one. And set your camera to macro mode (the flower icon), and a timer. Then your images will be a lot clearer, and you will get more comments/likes.
