I had this one in the holster for a bout two weeks. I stopped from posting it because my lighting was getting to the point of too yellow. I was waiting for good weather to use the sun, but I'm too lazy to set up my studio in my backyard. So, it never really happened. I was looking around the interwebs and found I could change the white balance of my camera. *Face Slam* I switched it to indoor (Which took tinkering.) and all of that yellow light subsided to crisp white. So, enjoy my longest MOC so far.

About this creation

The Crew (Left to right): MCWhatever, Christian Collins, Captain Kevin, Cade, and Eric Mickle. (Not seen in photo: Christian Boaz. Sorry forgot to put you in main pic, but you'll be seen later in this MOC.

Alright let's get down to business, MC Whatever works the crane.

It's really tall, but can reach everywhere on the boat. It is seen here lifting a crab pot.

However, if you were to fold it up into a neat little square, it doesn't take up so much space.

Here's a full boat view.

Here Eric Mickle and Cade work the pots.

Hey, there's a marker buoy right there!

First, Cade grabs the hook,

Then throws it out, hooks it,

Brings it in,

then eric (with a broken arm for some reason.) threads it into the spool, which pulls in the crab pot,

There it is!

Cade guides it in,

and then sorts for crabs. Because this is a demonstration, no crabs are caught.

Next is the bridge.

The roof comes off.

Here, the Captain and First mate Christian sit at their desks.

This boat runs off of a small, simple system. Other equipment sits on the desk.

One such thing being the tool which name has slipped through my mind. Anyway, it keeps the boat from capsizing.

Christian sits at the navigation desk.

I see you!

Here's our sixth crew member. George cleans the floor when no one's looking.

The sonar and radar tower.

The over elaborate system of ropes that I used keeps the tower from being ripped off by a strong wave.

The pots, which I could have done better on.

The mid-section area. Notice the different colored deck. The actual deck is about 2/3 of a stud below. I did this so that more studs are useable.

What's this? The bridge comes off to.

The engine room is a little small. I used more then the allotted space for the engine room. This allows people to actually stand in it.

Here's crew mate, Christian Boaz. He's the boat mechanic.

Sweet setup with an emergency off and on switch.

These small crawl spaces are used to escape the engine room in case you are locked in.

Epic Captain at front of boat pic.

Alright, that's it! Thanks for viewing.

This boat really inspired me to look at my unfinished boat and say "I need to raise the deck up 1 stud (I had t make a compromise and some studs sit a brick below the rest (The lower deck is the galley/bride/bow) the higher deck is the work deck and where the pots are stored |
