Assassins Creed Hidden Blade
Hidden blade that operates with the use of only one hand
About this creation

This is a hidden blade that operates with the use of one hand to eject and pull the blade back in. I made it with the use of power functions. I will not send instructions to anyone, but it works by:
Ring attached to finger (I used tape)
When you bend your finger turns on the battery box (rubber band on battery box switch to keep it off)
When battery box turns on it turns on the motor which winds the blade forward (rubber band on blade to keep it back and it winds it up with a string)

One of the photos is of my old model the rest are of it in its current state.

Unlike most hidden blade mine only requires one hand to fire and reload giving me a free hand and making mine more like the game than others

The way the blade worked in the game didn't use motors or batteries. Nor was it triggered by them. It was triggered by flexing a specific muscle in the arm, pressing a button and starting the mechanism that would release the blade. Notice that the back of the blade has a turning wheel on the back end of it, like mine. It also doesn't move in a jurking motion like most people think. It is supposed to move with the opening motion of the hand so it can't accidentally cut the wielder.

Quoting Subject Gamma You're really over-complicating it. The motion of the blade isnt a sudden release, it moves with the motion of your hand. Check out my hidden blade type II and you'll see what I mean.
I am going to work on it to put a switch on it so when i put my hand up the blade comes out like in the game

Quoting Colin J I think its really good but, not really concealed. I try to make mine my hidden, but mine cant go back in on its own and yours isn't hidden but goes in on its own. check out my AC2 model, see if you cant see a way to hide it better. 3/5
I know its bulky but it was the only way to get it to come out with one hand, besides in the game he has giant sleeves so it would be concealed
