About this creation
Built after a summer of playing cards with my brothers and over a course of ten months.
First plans were made in September 2009 and I slowly collected bricks for it.
It was finished in May 2010 and has been displayed on "Kockice EXPO 2010" (thirty thousand people have seen it). It measures 36 x 23 cm.
Here You can see some King of Diamonds standards but this is the one I've used (Modiano Trieste).
It is now displayed in Jan Beyer's office in Billund. In return he gave me 10188 Death Star. Thank You, Jan!
Here's a pictures of the two of us in front of the LEGO museum (Ole Kirk Christiansen's house) in Billund.
Thank You!

Hi is very beautifull creation , is possible have instruction to build? Thanks, but no. I no longer have the creation and making instructions is a long and tiresome process. I rather spend that time on building new creations. :)

I'll give you another like. I can't believe I didn't comment on this already. How could I jsut like it?! Anyway, it's perfect version of real card. It would be cool to have whole pile of these cards. Where's the picture of it in Jan Beyer's office? How's that space project going on? |

Can you tell a little more about the story of how the work came to hang in Beyer´s office¿?
Well, he saw it on Kockice EXPO 2010 and said "I want this in my office so that I can show it to people." and I said "No problem." :) |

A really remarkable effort! The idea is original enough, but the execution is really superb and full of engenius ways of using the pieces to reach the goal (NPU). Can you tell a little more about the story of how the work came to hang in Beyer´s office¿? |

At first I thought the main photo was a real card! I love how, instead of doing a conventional mosaic, you used whatever pieces suited your needs for portraying this card. There isn't a piece on here that hasn't been used in a clever manner. Great job. |
