This building was inspired by the Ink Spot, Tattoo Shop in Jackson, MS. I am very happy with the way it came out. Basically another exercise in attaining a gritty building effect. The doors/windows are dark tan.

Great cladding effect for the brickwork. Like the 'weathered' look where the tiles have fell away very much! Excellent work. |

Wow, my mind is blown right now, I love the proportion of everything, and I feel like I could go in there and walk around as if it were a real place 11 outta 5 |

Quoting Brick -(Reaper)- Star
Btw, do you mind if I use the design for garbage truck in the pic of the city? thx
No problem at all. Please do. That is one of the reasons I post photos.
I'd love to see what you come up with. |

MMM...this is gorgeous. I love the use of the studs-out technique for the aging brickwork. I also agree with Heath that fleshing out the roof details really finishes this one off. Great work and bang-on capturing the "gritt-i-ness". |

Jonathan, this is great. Your brick effect is perfect. Your layout is truly a sight to behold. I love the modular design of your creations. It looks like they just snap into place. Thanks for posting some new pitures that show part of it. Regards, Eric. |

My favorite part is the fact you even detailed the roof. A lot of the times no one bothers with the roof details. Great build you have here! |

Very nice, I love the facade with tiles and rough red plates, really nice, great sight to see in the lay-out. hey, the glass on the roof, I couldn't help but imagining there's a weed-plantage inside :p |

Nice effects here... I like how the studs are used to create an uneven feel for the bricks. |
