BMW M5 (E39)
Please review, Appreciated!
About this creation
Here is what I've been working on since the last week of summer, The BMW M5 E39 series. From what I know this is the first large-scale M5, this one is 16 wide. This is probably my favorite BMW for some weird reason, after this series of BMW's I feel that they all became hideous. This car features a 5.0L V8 engine with give or take 400HP. I would like to own this car one day but for now ill have to settle for this one :P Enjoy!

If you noticed, there is a heap of photos, I think 50 something. Don't worry I'm not a troll :P because I take so many photos, I just like it when other people are able to see as much as possible of the creation. I would write a commentary for each photo but the order is out of whack, and it makes it difficult to write about. But thank you for viewing my creation and I hope you enjoyed it. Till next time!

I've also always liked this car. Nice model, both the front and rear are pretty accurate, and the engine is great too. Excellent build!

Nice model, I love it ! I can see a bit of myself here regarding building techniques and style. Nice looking car, and well built - it's very accurate! especially the front is spot-on. I agree - they did get quite ugly when Chris bangle became BMW's designer. The only car more recent than this they made that I still like is the E46, but, though produced a few years later, it's still technically the same generation as this one. I myself have a silver year 2000 E36, certainly nice for a first car :) - Dan

This is great! i love bmw's and especially that era or 70s 2002's. you did great with detail and the way you used some parts is really clever.....by the way, i disagree with "Lego Builder" when he said it isnt an exotic sports car. bmws have always been sports-oriented, so its a sports car(especially with a bored engine) And its from germany, which technically makes it exotic, right?

I really like the rear. I need to remove this from my group because this is more of a sedan than an exotic sports car. Sorry.

That is a good job. BMW's are not easy to build, and you did well. It could use some more detail I think, but still very nice.

That's one cool looking BMW!!! ...which means a lot, as I don't really like their design at all (except older Z4 and maybe the M6). Although I make my models as studless as possible, the studiness on this one makes it even more adorable to me. Oh, and the famous BMW-grill is simply perfect. Keep them coming & best wishes, Jens

I don't entirely agree with you about how good newer BMWs are... but I must agree that some of the most recent ones have been, well, ugly. Love this LEGO model of a great BMW, nice work.
