MOCIA 2, pt 14
Vox populi, vox Dei. Okay, not really, but you get the idea. 9/10 pickpockets prefer that the mark be dead, unconscious or asleep first.
About this creation
"Rifling through someone else's pockets is so much easier when they're out of it."

"It helps that they retain at least 75% bodily integrity, though."

"Yick! This guy's maybe 25, 30% intact. Definitely no more than that. Who would have thought the old man to have so much blood in him? It's still pumping. That's the trouble with life support implants; most of 'em don't notice when their owner's ribcage is smashed open and everything in and around it is liquid; this one looks to be a military issue triple redundancy system. It'll keep pumping until there isn't a drop of blood left in his body.

His top half, anyway. Well, what's left of it. Which isn't very much."

"I don't know if he's carrying anything. There's definitely no way I'd be able to find out even if he was, and it'd probably be marinated to the point of being wrecked."

A: go through the door to the north?
B: go through the door to the east?
C: search the walls for hidden panels?
D: examine the suit's rocket pod?

You have until the 28th to decide.

Help yourself, as long as you provide credit I don't mind. The suit's based on the Kleinpanzer, by the way. If you can't figure out how it's made, the base frames are the same.

C. Maybe a few little items are hiding that can help. Too bad there wasn't anything useful in the suit... Or will the organ have something to do with future events?

Quoting Jeffrey Donlon Hmmmm...decisions, decisions...on the one hand, I would like to see if he makes it to part 20, but on the other hand, I want him to die a horrific, painful, and, if possible, humiliating death!
He's still got a couple respawns left. So it is fully possible to have your cake and eat it too.
Quoting Jeffrey Donlon Also, why no Macbeth reference? His hands look like they are "forever bloodied"...at least until he gets a bar of soap and some water.
I forgot. I really shouldn't have. I added the obvious one in, the others'll have to wait until he finds some kind of liquid that is neither blood nor acid/alkali. It's tricky, you know; water looks remarkably like Sulfuric Acid.
Quoting Jeffrey Donlon By the way, excellent job thus far. Got me on the edge of my seat here. Anticipation is killing me...
Thanks, although the second one might be kidney stones.
Quoting Hellion Reaper Wow....to the guy below me just wow....who takes comics that seriously....its weird.Anyhoo I pick C or d you choose what one
It's not a comic; while joking around is a fundamental part of it, the consequences for choices are very real and will likely get progressively more frequent. If you were playing an adventure game where the slightest mis-step would kill you violently at best, you'd think things over too. And, ah, you shouldn't do that. If there's a tie and someone's said "escape or the hidden instant death option", which way do you think the random number generator is going to lean?

Hmmmm...decisions, decisions...on the one hand, I would like to see if he makes it to part 20, but on the other hand, I want him to die a horrific, painful, and, if possible, humiliating death! So hard to decide. If he searches the rocket pod, he might get blown up, which would be "tragic". If he searches the wall for hidden panels, he might activate a wall trap of some sort that would kill him (once again, "tragic"). If he goes through the north door or the east door, he might meet a survivor, an alien, an enemy, the thing that killed the guy in the hardsuit, or all of the above rolled into one (and, once again, a "tragic" but hardly unforeseen end)...hmmm tough choices, Areetsa. Also, why no Macbeth reference? His hands look like they are "forever bloodied"...at least until he gets a bar of soap and some water. Anyway, back to the matter at hand: what now? After some deliberation, I think that a thorough search of the surroundings would be best (make sure that there are no more hidden goodies, wot!). So, I guess D goes first. Time to blow up! I mean, time to find something with which to blow up something else that is not the "hero"! By the way, excellent job thus far. Got me on the edge of my seat here. Anticipation is killing me...
