Roman Aqueduct
About this creation
Yes, yes...I know I haven't posted anything in a while. A very long while at that. Unfortunately it has come to the point where I have been so incredibly busy with life that I haven't even touched the lego in 6 months. Anyhow, I do have something that I've had built for a while to present to you all...

This aqueduct is based more on Roman style architecture with a center pump pumping water up to the top of the structure which is then cascaded back down. I also wanted to try a few different things that I have avoided in the past such as including full symmetry and making way for a lot of spaces with in the creation itself (hence all of the barrel vaults). Its symmetry made it easy to photograph...one picture gives you the exact perspective from all sides.
Thats pretty much it in a nutshell. I hope you have enjoyed the piece as much as I have enjoyed making it. As for now, I am going to be continuing having pretty much no time for building or randomly roaming MOCpages. School, extracurriculars, and jail time take up most of my life at this point :). Hopefully I'll get the chance to get back in the swing of things in the near future. Until then and as always, thanks for stopping by!
-Dylan

Dylan, your waterfalls are the best I've ever seen in this or any scale. They capture the look of a chaotic waterfall perfectly. Regards, Eric. |

Yeah, life. Big ol' suxdonut. Glad to see it has not managed to stifle your creativity any. Beautiful bit of work; it would make for a great fountain.~H |

Looks great, and I'm glad to see you're carving out a little time for some brick action! Nice cascading water effect, too. |

Beautiful design Dylan! I know exactly how it feels to have life take over your other passions. Luckily the MOC O's still keep me busy with LEGO! |

Boy, can I relate to the whole "life-getting-in-the-way-of-Lego" thing! Glad to see you're sticking with us, even when really busy. Hopefully you'll find some build time somewhere on the horizon, but meanwhile, nice work here, Dylan. Very unique design. |

Great work! I like the style of the outer pillars. Well, your 2nd MOCpages Anniversary is coming up, and so is mine. Hope to see something from you on that day. But anyways, 5/5 for the MOC! |

Amazing work! I love the water technique, and I also love all the symmetry in the build. The water technique at the top where it exits is also well executed. Beautiful build! |
