Great work. all the details look good built in, like how the part holding the side mirrors on is integrated into the model. |

I like the sloped radiator, brick-built checker pattern and the adverts on top of of the cab. The photoshoping and design of the poster is superb! |

Wow, that's so cool, a 5-wide "Checker" Taxi. Great job! :-)) P.S.: I'm sure I have the Taxi sign, too. I think I've seen it a few weeks ago when I was looking for bricks in my old LEGO boxes in the basement... |

The fact that De Niro is the best actor IMO makes this a 10/5...the built isn't bad either *wink*. Really cool Taxi and presentation. Bye, Jens |

This is a very nice little project! Excellent! I was also given one of those ancient taxi-sets hundreds of years ago, and have the Taxi-sign still. |

Fantastic job Andrew ! I aggree with Eric and Lawson B. This car has very smooth shapes as well as great details and you used excellent SNOT techniques to get this awsome result. I can only say one more think : keep them coming! |

Andrew, In my honest opinion, this MOC puts you in another catagory altogether. This is an outstanding build! There are so many great details. The paint scheme is particularly well done. It really does have the feel of the Checker cabs from my youth. I regulary see a Checker station wagon on the roads around where I live. The thing is an awesome beast! Regards, your friend, Eric. |

Hey Andy,
The title picture is so awesome and really caught my attention! I love when people know how to effectively present a creation, putting it in scene so that one just has to look at it. You achieved right that by both the picture and the slogan - great job!
A nice little cab, too, BTW. Love the old-school design, and the fact that it is 5-wide. I yet have to get around and try a 5-wide car myself, but as you know, I´m really into aircraft right now - and, as always, trucks... :)
I´m currently working on an impressive aircraft design... Best regards, Steffen |
