This is an awesome build dude. I honestly wish the original G1 Skyfire toy looked like that, instead of a Robotech repaint with repainted parts.

Realy realy great work on this Skyfire. I have a few questions. Do you have anykind of instuctions to build this? Also, what sets do I need to build this guy. Last thing, did you ever make a Unicron set? Thanks for your time and really great work.

What about it's "Gerwalk mode" xD. One of the funniest deals with a G1 Transformer. Using the same mold as a Veritech/Robotech. XD Anyways. Great job! I know I couldn't build something like this.

But thanks to Lego's constant supply of new pieces, I was able to improve it. From one Lego/Transformer crazy fan to another... Thanks again!!!

Okay, I knew you were good at designing Lego Transformers, but this... This is amazing! It's like the Skyfire toy we never had! This shows what happens when you combine pure awesome with some of the coolest things in the world and awesome imagination. The five-head rating system doesn't allow me to show how much I really like this. You are my new favorite builder. +5,000 respect.

Skyfire first appeared in episode 7 of the G1 cartoon. This is the only one I am really familiar with. But when the toy came out, it was Jetfire and it was different than the cartoon. Apparently there was some licensing problems with the toy so it couldn't appear in the cartoon. As a kid I didn't understand so I was disappointed when I saw the toy. That's why I made this one. As far as his other incarnations, I'm not sure... there's been so many! :)

Also, Jetfire is the Autobot counterpart, and Skyfire is the Decepticon counterpart.

Oh wait! This IS Jetfire! Skyfire has the visor and the guns on the sides of his head. Although if you're basing this off of the G1 cartoon in the episode where he first appeared (which I'm assuming you are) then this IS Skyfire. And I don't blame you if you have no idea what I said.XD

This is really, really good. Great work on the articulation and on really capturing the look of the original! In the Marvel UK comic Skyfire was originally named as 'Jetfire,' despite looking like the cartoon Skyfire, just to confuse matters further... top marks!
