Awesome! You have plenty of details, yet it's not cluttered. The chrome trick is fantastic, and the bent line of pieces (not sure exactly what to call it) is a brilliant technique. Great job!

Excellent pattern on the front, they look like a giant tread wheel.

It's just regular black bricks. I believe it's Dr. Lee Jones who showed us how to use a black background for a black MOC (check out his BFC-DSP MOC). That technique makes the color look "metallic".

Woah! Shee-to-the-fu's got one fine looking piece of hardware here! Nice techniques, hombre - this is likely my favorite of yours so far. You could always tie your kids up to a tree or something. What?

Marcus is right, black is a pain to photograph and you've really made this pop. Lovely design too, now if only you could stop your kids stealing all of your bricks and throwing them around the house, you could build a fleet of these!

Your a master of textures, this is a very complex and interesting build. And the photo is very good, I think it's a nightmare to photograph black creations...
