The build is great, but to achieve that really spooky feel you might have taken out the red and had more dramatic lighting. But I love that lamp!

Sorry, my vote goes to Bones. You did a great job and I'll probably never really understand how you got all the stuff around the lamp in place :) His felt spookier and had more "story" in the actual build.

This is a very clever idea. And quite funny too! You never know what is creeping up behind you when you're absorbed in a good book. Once when I put my book down I heard a huge scattering sound behind me. When I looked, everything was as normal, but something had been there one moment earlier... what was it? I'll never know. Great vig here Flare, you've obviously put a lot of effort into the design of the lamp monster, he's very skilfully made and the presentation is superb. Easily beats Bones' 16min attempt.

Bones, Bones, Bones... I don't want to be blunt, but your's was really not much. I put a lot more of detailed build into mine. Whatever, but we'll see what the actual judges think.
