About this creation

The Mauler has a heavily armoured front compared to most RSC mechs.

It also has adaptive armour on it's legs so to maximize movement and agility.

The Mauler requires a lot of power for it's weapons, armour plate regeneration, AI and AC(All of which are standard in RSC Bio-mechs)

The cockpit is held in place by a powerful arm.

Even though the mech is mainly piloted by a human (SGT. HMMRRHDS) it is equipped with an AI that can help with targeting and evasive maneuvers. It can also trigger self destruct if it detects it's passenger is dead and that there are no friendlies in the immediate vicinity.

The cockpit can be removed for fine tuning.

The mech features a "cradle" to carry the cockpit safely.

The legs uses bionite armour that can shape to the leg for most combat situations.

Energy cells are stored wherever possible.

The Mauler features 22 missiles of interchangeable types.(11 to a pod)

The main weapon system of the Mauler is a powerful large scale focus beam rifle. The lense is made from refined Vulcanus crystal that is shaved very thin. Most effective against infantry.

The Mauler can also stomp enemies at close range.

Commentary: I've had this mech sitting on my shelf for ages and I was about to post it yesterday, but I took a good long look at it. I saw it's many flaws and said "I can do better" so I got down to business and added greebles and made changes. I'm now happy with the results.

I likes the removable cockpit and the sleazy advert format you've done for the "Raptor" is always fun! You had me worried with "special surprise". It was all alright in the end, though.
