Roughly based off of Excalibur. I'm really proud of this one. This was totally out of my comfort zone and I think I did quite well. I'll let the creation speak for itself, mostly.

I had to do the sword in the stone. I just couldn't resist.

My favorite pic of the bunch :)

As you can see its about two feet long.

Well there you go! My round three Mocolympics creation. Just in case I don't make it through, the competition has been a blast. Its really forced me to build somethings that I would never build on my own. A quick thanks to all the judges for putting together this great contest!

PS: The pictures really don't do this justice *sigh* guess I'll have to take the wrath of the judges.

PPS: Good Luck to Mr. McCoy as well!

So sorry for the delay, Seth...just got back into town. A VERY cool choice of subjects. I'm a huge collector of cutlery, so this one really appeals to me. However, I would've liked to have seen more detailing through the hilt, handle, and pommel; or perhaps some more unique shaping of those elements instead of the typical cross shape. Although it was a REALLY close call for me, I'm going to have to go with Caleb on this one. Still, a great choice of subjects and nicely presented to boot.

Quoting Master Shifu Leo J Is it sturdy enough to wield around?
Yes and no. It is sturdy enough to be held but once you start swinging it around it falls apart.

"By the power of Grayskull ... I have the power!" ... Oh, wait. Wrong show, He-Man ... Wonderful sword sculpture. Is it sturdy enough to wield around?

Nice, so this would be like a short sword or something like that. Great job, I know if I built anything like that it would turn out horribly. ~Waff
