I'll follow up for Chris here...This being the most recent MOC, it's the one that gets the builder's attention the quickest. Content on the MOC isn't the issue here, as it's simply the most efficient way to contact the builder under MOCpages current set-up.

Chris likely didn't take-in the content of the MOC. I'm guessing he got a complaint or something about the builder and just went to said builder's latest MOC and sent a boilerplate warning as protocol or something. Not that I can speak for Chris, it's just I can't imagine him returning to follow this up.
