This is my first MOC uploaded in a looooong time. I built this a while back (I haven't been able to upload it until now due to camera problems), and it is the SRD version of my Speedtech Coupé.
About this creation

SRD have moved from developing full race cars into developing road cars, much like BMW's M division, or Mercedes' AMG.

Rear view, showing the new quad exhaust, and aerodynamically tuned wing.

Side view.

Top view.

Bottom view.

As usual, it has opening doors and bonnet. This view also shows one of the car's distinguishing features when compared to the original , the nose scoop.

The interior, with new racing seats, and a toughened DCS (Dual Clutch Shift) gearbox to cope with the extra power.

Practicality is still important, and the SRD model hasn't lost any boot space.

The heart of the beast. The engine has been fettled with, with displacement increased, and an uprated supercharger and intake system providing the extra go.

A shot of the uprated sports seats.

A shot of the interior from the back. The steering wheel is on the right because I live in New Zealand, and we drive on the left.

The rear seats, with plenty of legroom.
Now for some arty shots...

Someone's getting out...

Everything open.

A shot along the sills.

Another shot of the rear.

Front 3/4 showing the new, recessed and more aerodynamic air inlet to help the uprated V8 to breathe

Rear 3/4

An arty shot I can't be bothered to describe.

A shot with the boot open

Another shot of the rear

Another shot of the engine, showing the newly uprated supercharger.
Engine shots

Front, showing the new intake plenum.

Side, showing the increased displacement.

Rear of the engine.

It's a bit blocky and has a lot of studs, but it shows a lot of design interest! I like how the trunk and spoiler integrate so well. The back is probably my favorite part of the car, the brake lights look great, and the exhaust is perfect! However, the pièce de résistance, the engine. This engine shows massive potential for larger scale. The intake hoses and supercharger bits look amazing, especially for its scale! I give it a 4/5, a full 5 if it were SNOT. :)
I know, but the engine isn't even really mine, it's Nate Andrews', I just came up with the supercharger. I'd give SNOT a go, but I don't have the plates. |

I have absolutely no idea what pieces went into it, I build through a process of trial and error. Anyway, this was dismantled months ago. Sorry! |

I would, but it's already been dismantled. I'll consider making instructions for my next MOC, though. Sorry. |

Very nice evolution - the engine is especially good. As for seeing it studless - it's fine as it is! |

Looks even better now, this front is my favorite so far. I'd like to see it studless one day though.
Very good quality on the photos as well. |
