Great fighter! it looks very compact. As for 23CC, I'll give you an 8/10 for cost, 4/10 for attack. (The bombs were a really nice touch, but as far as weaponry, its kind of lacking. If you're going to make a second, theres plenty of things you could do with the front... thing.) Luckily, what it lacks in fire-power is made up by armor. 10/10! (And a 5/5 for the actual MOC.) ~See you in Space!

The tally is from the 2005 police station; the jail. And the rest are from Aqua Raiders and More city stuff.

This is the first time I ever rate something as "excellent" (five minifig heads) on mocpages. I wish i could build stuff this great, in both detail and overall beuty. Would love to use this against some big mothership in a spacebattle!
