Pretty much a Digondarian showcase.
About this creation
Sorry for the bad photo editing, t'was very rushed. Having made a new Digondarian hardsuit, I decided to make a display vignette for it. Then I wanted the two other kinds of armor I had lying around to be featured as well. The solution? Making two midnettes, that can be combined into a single scene.
For those who don't know what a Digondarian is: It's a semi-reptillian humanoid species within the Coalition of Planets (although some have moved to being space pirates).

Here's the half that show regular Coalition troops, led by a "Land Commander" (White armored guy in the back). The old Trooper Digondarian used to be completely light grey, I updated the colourscheme to match the others.

Here's the hardsuit I made, for the Digondarian kind of CQC Marine. I copied the human CQC the best I could with what I had.
The brown armor is coloured by a paint made with earth from the rainforests of Digondar, and the flag is made from woven plants. Items from The Forest are considered holy by most inhabitants of Sector 40, and the belief has been the same even from before first contact with the Coalition. The wielders of the hardsuit is often bare-headed, unless the atmosphere or enviroment is deadly to them. This is to prove their worth.

Just in case you didn't see enough, here's some minifigure close-ups.

This CQC Digondarian is probably the first bare-headed one I've ever made.

Very nice. Are you going to make a piece (moc) explaining the Digodarians?

Its a messily clean scene as contradictory as that is I like it because the figs seem to clear up what is happening by it being hectic. Like I said very contradictory.

Quoting Awesome-o-saurus The Not-So-Great Very nice. And when you say semi-reptilian, do you mean something like this? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synapsid That's what I've always assumed Digondarians to be. Not quite mammal, but sharing many reptilian aspects.
Yeah, kind of. My main inspiration at te time I created the race was the Halo Elite, though.
