My new favorite creation. It is actually sitting on my desk right now. So, if you've been following my journal you would know that I have been doing a Nuzlocke run for Pokemon Leafgreen version.
About this creation
For those of you who do not know what a Nuzlocke run is, it is a special challenge for Pokemon games. There are several rules. 1. If a pokemon faints it is considered dead and must be released. 2. You can only catch the first pokemon in each area. 3. All pokemon must be nicknamed. My Nuzlocke run was rather uneventful. I trounced everyone and everything with one pokemon (well not exactly but I'll get to that ina little). Charizard. One of the most badass pokemon ever. By the time I beat the pokemon league he was lv.92... just a tad bit overpowered. Now, before I went to the pokemon league I needed a strong electric poke. So I went and caught Zapdos. The pain with him was that I needed to get through the power plant without any battles. I used lots of repels...
Lv.92. The level my Charizard was at when I beat the nuzlocke run.
The first picture I took of it, this one was goign to be the main photo but I decided against it.
Now for the pokeball!
he pokeball's diameter is about 2 inches so it matches the real specs and mine opens and closes without sacrificing the spherical design.
Here is the open backside.
Here is the closed backside.
I have created the first really good small lego Charizard. I also created a minifigure of Red to go with it.
Here's the backside of the Charizard. This is how he looks in battle.
Charizard can also be used to fly. This was very useful. I also added a piece on the back so Red could ride him.
The belly of the beast. The wings are a bit discolored because I don't have his true color for the inside of his wings. The tan belly looks quite nice on him. My only grip with this charizard is his neck. I didn't have enough of the orange hinge piece so I couldn't make him 100% correct...
Here we have some extras that I made along with the Charizard. I made a Jolteon, Luxray, and a Suicune. The Jolteon was made because in the past I used to use the fire starter along with a Jolteon for my team. This time though, I only used Charizard. The Luxray was the first one I tried with this style. His head looks adorable. The Suicune worked amazingly. But it used up all my purple X_X
Those actually look quite good. Nice work on the 'Zard, the coloring under the wings is impressive. Luxray and Suicune look pretty good, and Joelteon's spikes are really nice. Great work!
