My contribution to the A:Domination contest. It's a mech that is controlled by sharks.
About this creation
Not being content with only being able to terrorize humans in the ocean, these sharks created a mech to enable them to travel on land.
The mech has two piloting seats, each filled with a unique gelatin allowing the sharks to "breath" out of the ocean.
This gelatin will enable the sharks to control the mech for one week out of the water, but then they need to go refill.
However, the sharks ideas must be in tune for the mech to be controlled properly.
Who needs a sword when he has claws as big as that?
I'm loving the hip piece.

However, even mechs get tired after a lot of work.
I'll teach you to mess with our species during shark week...
His weapon, the Flame Sword. Because everyone knows sharks wish they could have fire.
Commentary: After seeing Hans' epic mech, I wanted to take a stab at one too. I also wanted to challenge myself with colors I did not have a lot of, hence the tan and dark red color scheme (which I think looks sexy). The animal choice was not my first, but the atlantis shark head happened to be the only animal that could fit into the pilot seat. All in all though, I was proud of how it turned out, and will probably try another one later.

it's a fantastic mech and a great build - but it doesn't look anything like a shark? I expected something with jaws, fins or at the very least a more pointed rounded shape.
perhaps a large dorsal fin on the spine or top of the head would sell it a little better. Failing that the sword could be made to look more like a large fin?
Speaking of the sword, which parts have you used to attach those dragon mask parts? I've been trying to work out a way of using them on a mech design for a few days and nothing seems to attach them securely. I'm beginning to think I'm going to have to use a horse in the build?!

Sharks make a good theme, used it myself (check my entry) :P Maybe you could use a little more black parts as contrast, but anyway a cool MOC. 5/5 |

AHHH! I thought the contest was over. If not this scores a definite (5) from me (and I'm definitely not being a nepotist) The dragon-horse head things on the sword rock. I've got a "shark mech" in the pipeline, but it couldn't be more different to this. |
