This model is an actual home that is on the coast in California. The biggest challenge in building this 3 story home was the pure fact that I live in Louisiana and the model house is in California. The second challenge was the fact that these row houses are so close together, it makes it almost impossible to get a good "straight on" picture of the sides. Thankfully, the lady that owns the home and requested the model, was wonderful in working with me to get whatever pictures I needed to put the model together. The inside of this house model is not completely finished or furnished, but it does have interior walls and flooring. Oh, and getting the model to the home owner was another major task. It was packed very carefully and shipped UPS Overnight (for less handling), but still had some damage upon arrival. Luckily it wasn't major and the home owners were able to put it back together.

Rita, I live in So Cal, and see homes like this frequently. You have done a great job of capturing the look of these closely spaced homes. They really do pack a ton of home onto a very small lot. Fantastic job capturing all of the small details. Regards, Eric. |

This is another fabulous house from my favorite house builder. Congratulations Rita! Terrific job and I really like the way you handled the elevation differences because the real house was built on a sloping lot. |
