About this creation
***WARNING*** CRUDE HUMOR ALERT. If you get offended, don't say I didn't warn you.
Ted: "So after she slapped me and walked away, I realized that she wasn't pregnant."
Dan: "Ouch. Though in all honesty, how could you have known the difference?"
Ted&Dan: "Hey Ron."
Ron: "Hey guys. What's up?
Dan: "Ted was just telling me about his incident at the store."
Ted: "Yeah, big stomach doesn't always mean with child."
Ron: "I see what you mea... Hey look guys, it's that new anchor Veronica Banker."
Ted: "Ooh. 4 letters to describe her: M. I. L. F."
Ron: "She's got a kid? I can see why."
Ted: "You and me both."
Mitch: "Sorry to desturb your bird watching session, but you're on in ten minutes Ron."
Ron: "Whoops! I'd better get going. Catch you guys later."
Dan&Ted: "See ya."
Ted: "That's knowledge for when you're older, Dan."
In the studio...
Mitch: "All right Ron, those are tonight's stories. We're also running a thing introducing Veronica, So be sure to read that off too, and say some cheesy hook like, 'Film at eleven' or, 'Check it out', or something else of that stereotypical newscaster catchphrase sort."
Ron: " 'Stereotypical newscaster catchphrase sort.' I'll see what I can do."
Stagehand: "20 seconds! Places people!"
After a good 17 seconds worth of moving around...
Narrator: "And now for a Lego City News update."
Ron: " Hi, I'm Ron Noron. The Brickchellorette will return in a moment, but here's a look at the news:"
Ron: "Move over sports cars; Segways: Are they really the newest Chick magnets? We find out. Plus...
... 'A better bacon.' Master chefs Shifu and Corlett weigh in on whether or not bacon is best cooked in the microwave, or on the grill. Also..."
"... The three week search is finally over. Meet the newest member of the LCN team; Veronica Banker. Her life, her new family, and her passion. You won't wanna miss this, so stay tuned for...
... MILF at eleven!"
Too late to realize his mistake, the scheduled program returns...
Kelsey: "I believe true love is really only experienced once in a lifetime, and I believe I have found that true love I've been looking for..."
Kelsey: "...So I give my last rose to you...
... Meanwhile, back at the studio ...
Veronica: "Come back here you sick perv!"
Ron: "But I didn't mean to say it!"
Yeah... I find it sad how this was the first thing I thought up. I've been corrupted by the indecencies of world, I suppose. Oh well. For those of you who don't know what that acronym means... You're better off. As per the category, 'Film at 11' was a term used by newscasters back in the days when news was on film to promote news stories
(in this case segways, bacon, and news anchors) that would be covered in depth at a later time. With the ushering in of the present day digital age, film is no longer needed for news, rendering the expression somewhat obsolete.
All of the builds. I have alot of tan plates and bricks, so I decided the builds would use tan.
For those of you who payed close attention, Shifu's grill lit up. The technic pins push down on the light bricks, keeping them lit. Keeping these bricks lit is harder than it seems.
good to mention that there were lights,i tough
you used orange transluscent, never seen a light set up like this, are those light bricks like the ones in the technic jet at $80..?
if so, it looks real good! i appreciated the extra pics! you succeded in creating a studio atmosphere, the props, and pic quality really made a difference!
Very much deserving of a perfect 30, my friend. And I'm not just saying that for the ego-swelling shot of me surrounded with four beauties (by the way, I'm thinking I'll have to make a segway an official part of my sigfig now). You'll go far, kid - very far.
I like it

I agree with the good doctor. however, i fear i may not be joining you in the second round. :(
Oh, yes. My official comment. Well, aside from the unintentional coincidences that propagate this MOC, it was all very well done. The builds, I mean. I'm not much a fan of this type of humor. Actually, I don't like it at all. But as far as the Legos go, you deserve your perfect score. Congrats, my friend! See you in round 2!
Oh my, a grill that actually lit up! Master Shifu is uber jealous! Fantastic and hilarious MOC! If you have not realized already, you have been Phipsonated and there ain't no goin' back! (how's that for a double negative?) ... and wow, perfect 30 from the judges!
Now that is funny! Great builds too. I really like the anchor desk and I don't blame you for using tan -- it's perfect for what you're doing here. The camera caught my eye as well. No score from me though since I'm not scoring this round.
And now, back to you in the studio . . .
I bet you're sweatin' more than a fat guy in a sauna right now wondering if you're going to join the perfect 30 club?... Don't know yet, I haven't read it. I'll let you know in a few minutes... (can you say "anticipation" kids?) ~ Chris.
Dude, you took my grill AND my water dispenser idea!! AND my Matt David cameo! Even as I say it, I know that since I haven't posted it, I can't prove it. I just hope the judges don't degrade my score for it...
This one is really great, the best I've seen in the olympics yet. And I thinks, according to the ratings, the judges agree with me. Nice build and a really funny story!
Good luck at the olympics!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I could write a whole page of those but laughing so hard takes a toll on typing. The funniest build you have made to date. Period. Love the reference to anchorman. Great job. Good luck in the MOColympics. ~Waff
