I made it to my home turf, but I wasn't expecting what I found there. There were Elite bodies everywhere, blood splattered everything. The building was on fire, and I ran towards it. There was a body, the body of a marine, sitting in the doorway. It was burned badly, and it was missing a leg. I recognized the broken cheek immediately. It was Sgt. Crowley, one of my best friends. But something wasn't right. Something was missing.

The mongoose.

Someone lived. I'm going to find them.

Wolfe out.

This is awesome. It has a really original storyline. To me it kinda seems Post Apoc + Halo.
